It is not necessary to live in Hermiston Oregon. Our main lane is the I-5 corridor: Washington, Oregon to California and return. If a driver lives anywhere on or near I-5 home time should never be an issue.
We have very little turnover. Company drivers and Owner Operators tend to stay with Hammell Transport. We have company drivers who have been with us 9 years and contractors who have been with us 15 years.
Hammell Transport is large enough to be professional and small enough to know all our driver's. You are never a number at Hammell Transport. The office has an open floor plan that allows driver's to speak with anyone from the owners to dispactch to administration whenever you are in Hermiston.
